The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, lift available, with views of the the sea in the distance and the mountains of the Alpes Maritime. The accomodation is is set in a secure gated complex of only 20 apartments in a most desirable area of Nice.
One bedroom with 2 single beds (can be made as a double on request) and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge plus a kitchen and bathroom.
The terrace, with table and chairs overlooks the pools and garden. There is a bus stop outside the apartment block with a regular 30 minute service, and only 5 mins to the sea front, ideal for buses and trains giving easy access to Monaco, Cannes and all areas of the Riviera. (Local shops all within a 2 minute walk). Private reserved parking underground. Most of the residence are from nice which may enhance the experience of 'living' rather than staying in the French Riviera.
Connecting buses and trains should you wish to visit Monaco, Monte Carlo, Cannes for boat trips or celebrity spotting on St Tropez's fine sandy beaches.
Italy is only 45 minutes on the train.
